Our story

This is the story of two complementary brothers who wanted to try the entrepreneurial adventure by creating their own bakery. February 27, 2021, in the midst of the COVID period, is the day when Arnaud, a besogneux artisan (28 years old) and Mathieu, agile commercial (26 years old) open the bakery “Les Frères Barioz” at 64 Rue Duguesclin, Lyon 6th.

The breads

CRC flour (Raisy and Controlled Culture) / 100% sourdough / special organic flour.

Always on a long fermentation, we make breads for all tastes and in all forms (tradition or ball baguette).
To all those weakened by gluten or intolerant, our range of bread made from rice flour and buckwheat, will only satisfy your taste buds.

The aperitif breads

Garnished strings and focaccias of all kinds for successful aperitifs.

The pastries

Best croissant of the Rhône 2021 and 3rd best chocolate bread of the Rhône 2022.

Specialist in puff pastry, we use quality raw materials such as Montaigu PDO butter or Valrhona chocolate.

The snacks

A return to childhood is necessary with our snacks! Cookies, brownies, chocolate soft, cakes. There is something for everyone!

The pastries

You can test the originality with the chocolate blank, the caramel mille-feuille or the pie, vanilla and caramel!
