Our history
It’s the story of two complementary brothers who wanted to try the entrepreneurial adventure by creating their own bakery. February 27, 2021, in the middle of the COVID period, is the day when Arnaud, a hardworking artisan (28 years old) and Mathieu, an agile salesman (26 years old) opened the bakery “Les Frères Barioz” at 64 Rue Duguesclin, Lyon 6th.

Breads
RCC flour (Reasoned and Controlled Culture) / 100% sourdough organic flour / special and gluten-free
Always on a long fermentation, we make breads for all tastes and in all forms (traditional baguette or boule).
For all those weakened by gluten or intolerant, our range of bread made from rice and buckwheat flour will only satisfy your taste buds.
Les pains

A return to childhood is essential with our snacks! Cookies, brownies, chocolate cakes, cakes and even madeleines. There is something for every taste !

We offer a range of short pastries by revisiting some classics. Vanilla flan, lemon meringue tart or even chocolate royal are the sure values of the house.
You can test originality with the chocolate flan, the caramel millefeuille or the banana, vanilla and caramel tart!
