Are all our breads in leaven?
Yes, all our breads contain leaven. What will change between the breads is the leaven/yeast proportion. Almost all our breads are 100% leaven. Only the tradition baguette, flute tradition, baguette seeds tradition, string tradition and Norwegian are a mixture of yeast and sourdough.

Where do our raw materials come from?
We are of particular importance to our raw materials.
– Chocolate Valrhona (Tain L’Hermitage)
– Montaigu PDO butter
– Burgundy Flour Franche Comté (Moulin Decollogne – Moulin Nicot)
– Fruits and vegetables from the Rue Montgolfier market every Friday morning
– Vanilla of Madagascar
– French chicken (marinated with us)

What can we order (in big pastry)?
Here is a list of pastries available in large format ranging from 4 to 10 people, depending on the season – To order at the earliest, and at least under 48/72h:

What are the deadlines to place an order?
For products available continuously (classic pastries, sandwiches, breads, salted dishes…), the old one is enough, even if ideally 48h in advance, it is always better!
As for the large quantities, mini pastries, gougères, large pastries, whole cakes… The order must be made at least under 48/72h.
You can also call us if you want to put a product aside to pick it up in the day if it is still available in store.
I had a problem with one of your products, what should I do?
Everything is homemade. We all make mistakes or make mistakes. So do not hesitate to go to the store with the product so that we can discuss it. We are always open to constructive remarks that allow us to offer you products of the highest quality possible.
